Mcdonald's

Asked for fresh fries and was told they would be. Instead received a mix of lukewarm and cold over salted fries. Double cheeseburger was cold as well as the cheese didnt even melt onto the sandwich. So I ended up just throwing the meal away. Was a long wait to try and get condiments and the drink for my child's kids meal. So didnt want to go back up to state my food wasnt up to par. But ended up asking the cashier who was really nice to get condiments and drink for my daughter. Other workers just kind of focused on just putting the orders on the counter, yell out the number then just walking away without asking why ppl were just standing there. I get the lunch rush was happening but they could be a little bit more attentive to the customers in store. I will not be returning to this location.

Since change of shift, the service has slowed down, i ordered and was charge for bacon on a cheeseburger but got no bacon but mushrooms . But today with the managers dismissal, i felt obligated to review so they can improve. I ordered a small shamrock shake, there was a good amount of syrup on the botoom and i inquired if it had been mixed. The manager replied “ yes, we did, thank you, have a nice day” I mixed it myself but the drink was horrible overpowered with syrup. I considered returning and asking them to taste it, but i had been dismissed i do not believe they would feel obligated to get it right.

In most any other case I wouldn’t bother rating a McDonald’s… I’m not expecting anyone there to wait on me in any capacity but they were incredibly inconsiderate and continually served people that came after.. when I finally asked what was going on, she reached on a shelf for my food that had just been sitting there… and she said, “that’s just how it goes” after I waited 20+ minutes. I wasnt in need of an apology by any means… they’re busy… but condescension? Totally unnecessary. Food that’s left at room temperature isn’t safe… they’re either not training their employees in food safety or they’re not enforcing it- both are a big deal. Considering one of the items was a happy meal… it was pretty sad they’d be that inconsiderate of children. For your safety… choose any other restaurant.

Debora or Denora was extremely rude. I standed at the register waiting like an idiot for 10 minutes until saying something. Then the lady wanted to give me attitude and tell me to put it in on the screen behind me. I was literally the only person standing at the register. Tell me why I’m standing watching other employees standing around not doing anything and on their phones while I’m literally standing at the front waiting to have my order taken. Terrible job and terrible customer service. Please do better. Your job isn’t hard.

Super slow. The drive thru was jam packed so I went in and out my order in imediately at the Kiosk, no staff would make eye contact. After my order i had to wait several minutes to get someone attention so i could pick up my drink. Then we waited thirty minutes just to get three small chicken nugget orders. The staff wasnt busy. There was one person who looked busy but several others were just standing around.
