Papa Johns Pizza

I have been to this Papa Johns twice, and each time they could not have been nicer. The young kids who work there greet you in a friendly way, the food tastes great, and the woman who is either the manager or owner is maybe the nicest person in the food business that I have experienced. She is so friendly and she truly cares about making sure the customer has a good experience there and with the food. She supports our local Taylor HS kids by displaying the school colors and football helmet in the store. When I want pizza, I will always choose this Papa Johns. Great food and outstanding customer service.

The service is always as quick as the time of day and meal rushes permit. I've never been unhappy with wait period, and yesterday for example I was amazed at how fast pickup pizza was ready (like 20 minutes). The pizza is always hot, fresh, and well prepared. Staff is top notch, and the guy usually at the front register seems to keep pleasant and helpful no matter how frustrating C19 can make things. This crew is top notch, and I'm becoming a regular because of their work and the impression they give.

I always order my pizza from this location. They are awesome. I placed an online order, and called to change one of my pizzas. They were almost done, but the manager made the change for me. He also gave me the original pizza no charge!! I did not expect that. I did not get his name, but he is always cordial, friendly, and professional. Thank you for awesome customer service.
