Frontier Pizza

Terrible customer service. Called the store at 1:48 pm on a Sunday. Ordered a Large chicken tikka pizza and a medium beef Bihari pizza. The owner Mr. Syed mentioned on the phone that it’ll take 20 to 22 minutes. Reached the store at 2:24 pm and pizza still not ready. Then he mentioned that I called a day before and never showed up. Surprisingly this was my first time here and never called the place. Trying to hustle and sell me an XL pizza which was someone else’s order. When I asked for my total he mentioned that prices have gone up, which I understand. The old menus are still at the store which clearly state that chicken tikka pizza is $15.99 for large and beef Bihari pizza medium size is $15.99. When mentioned the owner argued about price going up and also stated that it’s not easy to change menus and not easy to update Google about prices. The menu physically and on Google clearly states $15.99 for large chicken tikka and $15.99 for medium beef Bihari. Would my honor what’s in writing. Terrible customer service but pizza was fantastic.

Today we met a Professionally Civil Engineer but since childhood they we’re learning and cooking almost everything. We are talking about Frontier Pizza owner, family owned small restaurant running since almost 6 years. Today we tried 3 different items and we were very satisfied. Zinger Burger Chapli Kabab Pizza Hunger Games Pizza & their signature sauce for Pizzas Fully satisfied

Very delicious and stuffed with proper amount of ingredients. Very honest owner, makes sure to put enough toppings and cheese and bakes it the right way I ordered a half chapli kabab and half bihari extra large and i ate more than i could probably ever eat. It was yummy, ingredients tasted fresh and authentic. Very good experience, by far the best in houston area.
