Pizza Hut

Pizza is always fresh; however, check orders before leaving restaurant because I have had several incidents that I just laughed about, but I had to drive back to the restaurant to get another pizza. I've had a pizza that was supposed to be a pepperoni personal pan and I got a cheese pizza, so I had to return to restaurant. I purchased a medium pizza and cookie by delivery and only got a medium pizza and ended up calling to talk to the store manager, I ordered a personal pan pepperoni pizza recently and the pizza wasn't cut. Saying all this, each pizza I have received has been fresh and hot. They just need to take time to view the order to ensure that the orders are right before going out the door. Other than this, this Pizza Hut Rocks on great food.

Ordered pizzas for a family party. 10-15-22. Told me it would take 30 minutes to deliver. Pizza never showed up after an hour called the answering line they connect me to the store eight times they kept hanging up as soon as they picked up. Went to the store the next day to get a refund they could not refund they said the manager had to do it, I even gave my information name and phone number,manager never called back never heard from one soul but they did take take my money from credit card and keep it. Ever will I ever use Pizza Hut again

I know this Pizza Hut may have had a bad rap in the past, but last night, you guys earned your 5 stars from me. My car is in the shop so we ordered delivery about 45 min before close. I called to let them know I forgot to add a drink. They originally told me they didn't have drivers to deliver atm. I told them but I had already ordered online. The guy on the phone said "don't worry. We will find a driver." And he proceeded to ask the guys in the background if they could get me my pizza. Not only did they deliver in a timely manner, the food was fresh and tasty. We were grateful for their good customer service!!
