I have ordered from this Pappa John's four different times. And each time they have sent me food that looks like this. The knots for one come with a pizza sauce for dipping. As you can see no sauce. They are also burnt and dry. I asked for Chicago Cut, which is square cut, again as you can see those are slices.
Now I understand the no contact delivery, but they didn't even make sure to deliver to my apartment. Instead left it at the main doors to go to the other apartments. And yes I left my apartment number.
They offered to fix my order, however, I am truly tried of the mistakes. This is the only place that makes good thin crust pizza. If this continues i will be looking for a new place.
I would like to recommend quality control, and inspection of all deliveries be done before leaving the store. This should help with loss of money and time for everyone involved. The management should be the ones to seal the boxes afterwards.

I called in my order while I was in the parking lot and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. So I waited in the car with my son, who the pizza was for. 20 minutes after I called in my order i go in to pay. The gentleman at the register says " I'm about to throw it in now." I thought he was joking but no. He claimed its because he is the only one working which is completely unacceptable. I live in San Antonio and came to Kerrville to drop off my son and he asked for some pizza. It took an extra 10-15 minutes more To make the pizza. He did get it out as fast as he could but it still was bad service from the wait to the lack of personal. You need to do better as a business.

Tried to order online for pick up. Portal not working. Called to place phone order. Clerk said no because system is down. WHAT!! Can't take a phone order and make a pizza for a "customer". Rude and non caring attitude. NEVER AGAIN but I'm sure they could care less. They should just close the store!!

This was a terrible experience, the driver wouldn't bring the pizza to my room...for whatever reason...no contact...I had to go to the hotel lobby to get it. The pizza should've been a pepperoni/mushroom with extra cheese, it is terrible, told the driver I won't be ordering from them again and mean it! The pizza was not good either, had to trash it

Third time I’ve ordered delivery from this location and had a late delivery. One order was over 2 hours later than the time they gave me.
They never have offered or met my request for a refund. Only give the option for a free pizza in the future, which never gets fulfilled.
Just choose a different pizza place in town.

Not a good experience.. Paid $30 for a pizza.. Delivery time said 25 to 35 minutes.. Took the guy over an hour.. Called the store and he said the driver had a triple delivery..( reallt? wirh a 35 min delivery time?) the guy told me to order somewhere else if I'm not happy.. cool.. np.. will do

Ordered a Pizza at 8:45 PM on a Saturday and paid with my credit card over the phone. I was told it would take one hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. I called to make sure it was still coming after one hour and forty-five minutes. I was then told it could take up to three hours, but not to worry, it will be there eventually. The pizza never came. Doubt I will ever attempt ordering again.
