Sullivan's Steakhouse

A friend recommended this restaurant I did not regret it. it was amazing my waiter name was Tina she was amazing amazing the food was amazing the only reason why I gave it a 4 star because there is always room for improvement. I definitely recommend this restaurant . Sorry the food was so good I didn't remember to take the pictures before I start eating.

Really nice restaurant, even has event space!(NICE). The food was really gd for the most part, the Mac and cheese was terrible!!, other than that....... cooked my steak correctly!(rare) And Justin, my server was awesome! I mean just Awesome.... ill be returning in hopes JUSTIN IS MY SERVER AGAIN. 3 stars?? It was the cooks, forgetting to cook food and had the restaurant backed up. Our food was late and things were missing. No fault to the servers, it was cooks. (But, the food was gd) I feel like this was an isolated incident to be honest.

Excellent experience. We had reservations and were seated within 10 minutes of arrival. Lighting was dim for a relaxing atmosphere. Food was delicious. Wait staff was pleasant. Bathrooms were clean. The only disappointment was they did not offer non alcoholic wine options. I did ask the server to put my club soda and cranberry in a wine glass with no issue.

Smoked Rosemary Old Fashion was amazing. However we waited over an hour and a half for our food. And they were inconsistent with the drink. The first one was the best. For the money you spend here, you'd think management would have been more apologetic and offered us something!!! I had to request him to compensate us for a 4 hour long dinner 🍽️ seriously!!! We arrived at 4, seated at 4:30 we didn't get out of there until 8! He did allow us to add 2 more people to our group so he gets brownie points for that. This could have been a 5 star review if the service was better. Poor management.

Really nice place. Sat in the bar area at a high top table. Service was great, not crowded at all on a Tuesday evening. The food exceeded my expectations. I had a Crabcake appetizer, which was really good and their Steakhouse salad with shrimp instead of Steak, and I loved it. Clean bathroom. They lost a star because of the HVAC. It was cold outside, and their system kept switching from blowing hot air from the ceiling to cold air every 15 minutes or so. It was tolerable, but annoying.

UPDATE 2/26/22 - 1st Experience was 5 star, 2nd was 4 star, last experience was 1 star! Updated review: For the price of an expensive steakhouse you expect excellent customer service and that was the opposite of our experience. The server was fine but the hostess was rude and the manager was downright combative. When we calmly explained our dissatisfaction he just argued with us and said how wrong we were. This person repeatedly lied to us then eventually walked away. No empathy, no apology, even if we were wrong (which I don't think we were) he could have handled it with class and compassion. Instead we were made to feel much worse. We left the restaurant feeling just terrible. The absolute worst restaurant experience I've had in a very long time. And I don't normally complain but this manager, named George, was so defensive and rude we just have to let other diners know. There is a very real possibility you will be mistreated as we were. And certainly don't expect any special customer service, even if the bill averages around $100/person. And for an expensive restaurant... what a shame. The food is massively overpriced for what you get. So many better options in the area. I would never go back here and definitely do not recommend. Original review: Legit steakhouse. Expect to pay about $100/per person. That said, everything was delicious from the drinks to the steaks! If you live steak and want to treat yourself, this is a great option. Service is top notch as well. Looking forward to returning.
