The Melting Pot

Overall, I had a great experience. The food was delicious. The meats seemed to have been of good quality. I made a reservation and once I arrived, I did not have to wait for a table. The service was mostly OK until the end where I felt a bit rushed by the waiter to finish, despite him saying a few times, "I don't mean to rush you". We were having a 4 course meal and it took about 2.5-ish hours for us to eat. The waiter was very nice and accommodating, but just seemed that he became a bit annoyed or overwhelmed near the end as the dinner rush was just starting. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty fun experience.

Had a great time here for my anniversary! They set up our table so cute with rose petals and a card signed by the staff. Our server Jess was so friendly and nice to talk to and she took good care of us ! The staff as a whole was very accommodating and friendly. We sat at the bar for a few minutes since we were early. The bar tender, I think her name was Savannah, was super helpful. I think a manager came over and checked on us as well. It was expensive but I guess we went all out for the night ! The food was great , we were soo full!

This place is next level like really next level. The decor is absolutely stunning with beautiful finishes and candles everywhere, the food is elegantly prepared from only the finest ingredients, and the extremely professional service ties everything together into a memorable unique experience. Each course was somehow better than the last and our server Savana is one of the best servers I’ve ever had anywhere period. Cooking your own food was fun and arriving to an intimate 2 person table with a hand signed card from the staff was a nice touch for us to celebrate our anniversary. This is the absolute perfect place to celebrate something special with your loved ones and friends. Thank you The Melting Pot for raising the bar and setting a new benchmark for other restaurants. PS: as a pro tip get a reservation at least a week in advance before coming here. They do an insane amount of business so it’s absolutely possible they won’t have a table if you don’t have a reservation and while that seems crazy trust me - it’s because it’s really that good.

Wow. When I go to a new place, it always gives me an anxiety. Many questions to ask like, am I dressed well enough, will the food be good, will it be over whelming? The melting pot nailed all those points. This is a “smart casual” fine dining experience, and when I say an “experience” that’s exactly what it is. First off our server Philip G, one of the most professional, patient, and nicest servers I have ever run into. As a first time customer he hit it perfectly and deserves every tip he gets. The food is out of this world. So delicious, so fresh!!!! This goes without saying, I will be back without a doubt. Asking for Philip every time too.

we had the best experience here for dinner! our waitress savannah was so amazing and personable! the dippers for both the cheese and chocolate courses were extremely generous and we were offered even more. by far the best melting pot ever! we strongly recommend coming here for any occasion or no occasion at all.

We took my husband out for his birthday and couldn't be happier with our choice. The server, John, was friendly and attentive. He talked to us about the meal selections and described what things were. If you leave and are still hungry, there's a problem. The food was delicious and we were so full. My husband got the Pacific Rim and I ordered the surf and turf. Yum! They even brought out a birthday cake for him.

I went to the Melting Pot for the first time with three of my friends, and we had a wonderful experience. Shout out to Erika who was an amazing server and did so well at explaining everything to us. The food was delicious, and the customer service was superb! I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends. Keep up the excellent food and service everyone at The Melting Pot!
