Went in this morning for a breakfast sandwich. Under staffed, the one worker there waited on three customers before me, handling money, touching the register keys, pushing back her hair, and not once changing the gloves she wore! When I asked her to change her gloves handling my food, she seemed annoyed! And this is why communal infections spread.

The guy charged for me for a medium, handed me a small, I got back in line and waited a few customers to bring it to his attention. He didn't have my receipt on his register tape, refused to listen to me, I walked away.
He was rude.
He was a crook.
I'll never be back.

got an iced coffee with coconut milk and flavor swirls, but i watched him omit the milk and put in the wrong flavor when making it. when i got his attention, he dismissed the issue and told me he had other customers.

Because of this locations size, they don't carry everything that a typical DD restaurant might carry. For example, I've been unable to order a sandwich with Ciabatta bread or the vanilla bean coolatta. It can be very busy in the mornings from the mall staff so be prepared to wait. I also recommend checking your order before walking away. I've received completely wrong orders several times but the staff is always super nice about it and makes it right.

Two women in the morning are very nasty. The one who takes the orders makes it obvious that she is more than annoyed having to take my order. Their attitudes are ridiculous!

Answer your phone!!!! When prepping for an early meeting and needing to pick up four boxes of Joe in the morning it would be helpful if I was given the option to call in the order. Especially when an attitude is given when you get there in the morning and place a large order. Answer your phone!!!!

The people move like turtles, very poor customer service and they dont offer small beverages who always wants a large or medium all the time. They can't multiple task the line wait is longer because they do one order at a time very slowly, like they dont care people have to be anywhere. Unacceptable
