Starbucks

I liked this place. The Mocha Frappuccino I got tasted very good. However, they are forcing the use of paper straws, even when they don't have ones that reach all the way to the bottom of venti cups. If they brought back the plastic ones that reach all the way down and don't melt in your drink, I'd raise it to five stars. The downstairs Starbucks does not force paper straws.

I was shopping and I wanted a drink at Starbucks. I was expecting a quick and easy way to enjoy a break. But not only was it loud and noisy, the drinks took forever too. The lady who served me looked like she was in a rush, and when she finished she started talking to an employee about social things. They really need to re organize it and get better staff. The line got longer at the second and would never stop. It took a good 30 minutes to get my drink, and my coffee was ice cold. I immediately wanted to send it back but it wasn’t worth it. This Starbucks was overall a bad experience.

By far my favorite Starbucks ever, the friendliest employees, the highest quality coffee and a very clean, positive and lively environment. For them to be a mall store, they absolutely go above and beyond with everything and obviously value their customers. Always quick to fix any mistakes and make the moment right! They are without a doubt the best, will be coming back soon.
