Qu Japan

This was my first time dining at this restaurant. I ordered a shrimp Hibachi meal, a large bottle of spring water, and asked to PURCHASE a large cup of ice. My request was met with rudeness and a blatant refusal. The employee offered me a small 8 oz? styrofoam cup of ice, I repeated my request, thinking that perhaps he thought that I was asking for a complimentary cup. I explained that I would be BUYING the actual beverage...however, I only needed the ice. When the managers refused again, I asked them how much the plastic cups cost individually because I'd just paid $18+ $2.00+ for a TIP for my meal. Once again, I explained that I would be BUYING the cup...I only needed ICE, not the tea beverage. The manager rudely said that they'll charge me $1, filled the cup with ice, and loudly slammed the cup on the counter. Needless to say, I will NOT return to this restaurant. (The meal, itself, was sub par, lacked flavor. I've, without doubt, had much better Hibachi meals from other restaurants...Explore other options...!)

Tasty but not authentic. Ordered chicken katsu don and it's more like chicken katsu over a bed of rice. My girl ordered chasu pork ramen. She said it is close to authentic but not quite. Again, it tastes good but if you're expecting authentic, then you won't be satisfied. I will come back because it was good.

Tried for the first time. Got the signature ramen and the chicken teriyaki ramen. The positive is that servings were large. Negative were that noodles weren't very chewy. It tasted more like pho noodles. The broth wasn't very flavorful. For the price you pay for ramen, they should serve the noodles with proper silverware such as a soup spoon not a basic plastic spoon where for a dish like ramen, you want the noodles and broth simultaneously.
