Lately the drive-thru is very slow. The last time I was here a worker was "rage quiting". She was screaming loudly, swearing up a storm and commenting badly on the sanitation of the store. Just in general we try not to go too often because of the long wait times. The food is fine, the coffee is good, but there are better Dunkins to get your 'Dunkin fix' from.

I ordered the cake batter Iced latte, I waited a whole year for it to come around again. The lady taking my order had no idea how to make it, started arguing with another girl about how many pumps of sugar to use. Then rung in my roommates wake up wrap as a $5.00 sandwich. The sprinkles were stale tasted like chalk. Also 3 of my coworkers don't go to this location bc they have messed up their order. So for now I'll just go to Norristown...I never have a problem there.

Sat in drive through longer than I care to admit. Asked for a sweetened latte only to be told they could not sweeten it. "could you just put some sugar in it?" ..."no". 0/10 would recommend.

This gotta be the worse Dunkin’ in the whole PA area. These workers never listen, are rude and very unpleasant. My company uses this restaurants for meetings but we avoid this particular location even if the drive is miles away.

Waited at the window for 20mins for 2 sandwiches because the employees were too busy singing happy birthday to another employees daughter.. meanwhile there are 12 cars behind me waiting.. never coming back again this location is a joke

Worst service I’ve ever received. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered munchkins and they forgot them and then I asked for them and they came out and tasted like styrofoam. The hash browns tasted awful. The cold brew is disgusting and during this visit they forgot my cream and sugar and their Indian

whoever the guy is that was there on june 28th 2022 was horrible, didn’t get our order right and wasn’t listening to us. the donut display was so foul looking and there was a bug in there espresso machine!!! so gross!!

They consistently mess up orders. This is 5th time ordering from this location and they were missing half of my items. When I went back to get the rest of the items they were very rude
