Burger King

Excellent customer service ! First of all let me start off by saying I am a local of many years and I’ve dined at this Burger Kingfor many years. During 2020 y’all had a HORRIBLE manager. I mean that manager was exactly what you would expect in a hood movie. Nasty attitude, eye rolling and spit in your food. Well clearly she’s gone and I now see a short white lady and a older white man. Kudos to them , they’re great but they’re not the reason I’m writing this review. The real highlight are the male black workers in the back. They are amazing. I believe the young man was African (I myself am Dominican so I can see when they are of African roots). I really wanted to write this review a couple weeks ago but didn’t get the chance until now. Let me give you a picture. Ordering inside 3 young black men are in the assembly line and black young man taking my order. The cashier is not just standing there doing nothing! No he also aids the managers (short lady and older male above ^) in packing the orders, cleaning up (something I’ve never seen before now) and then the stars were the young me in the assembly line. Their speed and communication was amazing! Saw the male manager mouth something to them like “we need a plain one now (cheeseburger) immediately the crew was attentive and on it! They made the plain cheeseburger with speed. Not to mention the place looks IMPECCABLE now! I truly believe it’s because of those young men so I really want them to be commended. And also of course God bless the new management. Really happy with the short older lady and the older man manager. Overall, if you keep those crewman ( the black men) Because of how clean and efficient they are I will keep coming back! God bless you!

2 star review is for management for only having 3 employees working a Friday night. I was picking up a DoorDash and while I was there there was a huge line. I felt really bad for the employees but the line was moving nice and quick. I haven’t had the chance to get everyone’s name but Barry was the one who handed me the food and he was extremely nice. The girl who greeted me was really sweet. I haven’t spoken to the other female working there but everyone did an amazing job.

This burger King is not open to indoor dining and locks their doors during business hours. I tried to go there to get food for lunch with work, and the work truck is too big for the drive thru. We tried the front door and it was locked. They refuse my money and do not want me to eat there clearly. Never coming here again

All through the pandemic I feel as though drive thrus have struggled to get my orders right. About a week or so ago I had ordered at this BK and expected the usual mess up of the order and unhappy patron serving food. However, the gentleman working the drive thru was like Chief of Staff of Burger King. Asked me every possible question to make my order right. Was enthusiastic about taking my order, when I arrived to the window he was as fast and friendly as anyone could possibly be. Went way above and beyond what I’m used to. Our order was perfect. He had doubled up our drink tray since we had a lot of weight, something I’ve never had done for me in my life. Asked if we needed anything else at all before we left. Perfect service and lightning fast. Give that guy a raise. And fine more like him!

The restaurant does not allow indoor dining so if you visit, be prepared to sit in the drive thru line. We went for lunch on Saturday and the line was long but moved well. The restaurant takes up to two coupons per visit so have those ready to give them to codes at the top. The $12.99 family bundle coupon is worthwhile. The order came out quickly and correctly. Try the zesty sauce if you haven't already! Lastly, the wait times are a bit longer due to short staffing. Be patient and kind.
