(they do not serve icecream!!) a lot of people saying they do but they don’t only frozen custard and ice plus concretes! but rita’s is a soild 9.5/10 only bad side is the prices, a ice is good price but a concrete is a LITTLE pricey! but other than that 10/10 recommended!

Although it was 4th of July night and Wilkes barres or KINGSTON was having their carnival thing, the place was PACKED, but the service was quick and the misto I got w delicious and so was the sundee.

Great products, line can be REALLY long or non-existent, and there are only two small tables, so if there's more than 2 groups of people already there, there's no place to sit.
