Yum Yum Noodle Bar - Kingston

Excellent service and food all around. Laidback atmosphere that still respects covid procedures. We had 2 noodle bowls - ramen coconut curry with chicken and rice noodle coconut curry with pork belly and tofu. Waaay too full but we added the key lime pie too and that that turned out good. Definitely coming back.

I was so excited to find out there was asian food in this area, particularly Ramen! Good Ramen is hard to find outside of NYC (or outside of asia for that matter). But unfortunately this place failed to deliver. The miso broth was just a thin, bland mixture of water and some miso powder. Instead of a soy marinated soft-boiled egg, they threw in a hard-boiled egg, as white and pale as the rest of the food. And to add insult to injury, they piled a bunch of cabbage, broccoli, and other half-cooked, tasteless vegetables on top of it all. The pad Thai, as simple a dish as it is, is also horribly ruined. Instead of a rich peanut and lime sauce (the very essence of pad Thai...), they over saturate with ginger. And just like the ramen, they fill it with cheap, colorless cabbage. The only reason this place is receiving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the friendly service.

This site is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. when I I need a good lunchon, this restaurant comes immediately to my head. very good and all kinds of food and a rich cuisine.well mannered staff members, and pleasant ambience. Also, the charge is modest. I sent my friends to this spot with no hesitation.

Came here after having a good meal at the Woodstock location a few months prior. Pork in the pork buns was burnt along with the seitan i ordered with ramen. Burnt to the point it was inedible. Pork and chicken broth had no flavor. Two stars for fresh(er) ingredients. I recommend the owner implementing more quality & standard checks when owning multiple locations to maintain consistency.
