Indian Pond Country Club

Our wedding at IPCC was perfection from start to finish. Every single person we had the opportunity to work with (Megan, Cheryl, Laura, Diane) we’re so professional and kind, and made sure the big day went off without a hitch! The entire club is so breathtaking, only outdone by their incredible staff that truly make this the best venue to get married.

Indian Pond Country Club is such a magnificent wedding venue. With it's massive ballroom, and perfectly manicured grounds, there's so many photo opportunities. I especially love photographing the couple or wedding party on the bridge out on the course. It's a lovely setting and the staff are all wonderfully nice and helpful!

Was there for a wedding , place was nice could use a little TLC in some places Staff was so-so the guys driving the golf carts outside were great but the service inside - bartenders , servers etc were not very friendly. They definitely let you know and made you feel like your "not members" of the club.

I had my baby shower here. The staff is a little disorganized. They all work part time, so you constantly have a different person communicating with you throughout the planning. I wasn't impressed with the food at all. The venue was pretty. We overestimated the amount of guests we had, and the food still didn't seem to be enough. They were either cheap with the portions or the catering staff wasn't doing their job and refilling the stations. Mind you we got the most expensive brunch option they had available. I then sent Laura Derby and Stacy a message letting them know about the food, it's been two weeks and no one has replied to my email to just simply apologize and take the feedback to upper management. I would be VERY disappointed if I had an important more important event here, like a wedding. They should really teach their staff to answer emails and take constructive criticism to better improve their customer service. Maybe they just don't care. You can have an event in Boston for the same price, probably should have just done that.
