Domino's Pizza

Those responsible for training the employees at the Kingston Domino’s should train every other person that works with customers; in any capacity. It has been many, many years, at least 10, since I have seen another establishment operate with such respect and kindness as these employees do. On top of that, the store is always very clean, and the food fresh. In all the years I have ordered at this store, I have only had one problem with an order, which was immediately fixed.

Worst pizza ever 38 dollars for what i asked for. Extra topping and no cheese there was hardly any toppings at all driver was nice. I will not order again not vegan freindly you think they would load up on toppings with no cheese it was worth 12 dollars maybe..... try westside kingston there pizza rocks. I should have made ramen. It was my first time ordering from dominos. Also pizza was not hot it was room temp and late from when they told me it would arrive.. After thinking the lady on the phone said 20% off for a large is 38 the right price 🤔

Like everything else, Dominos is getting more expensive. I understand there are multiple reasons for this. Labor costs/availability, supply line issues, etc. I don't work there, so I don't know how much any one individual store has control over pricing and advertisement. That being said, the last few times I have started an order online, I have abandoned it once I see how much it costs. The 5.99 and 7.99 deals that are heavily advertised seem impossible to actually aquire for the stated price. Every topping seems to be a "premium topping", which makes the pizza cost more. I saw the price of a 3 topping large carry out (red pep, onion, chicken) jump from 9.69 (already more than 7.99) to 12.18 after changing the sauce from tomato to BBQ. That is ridiculous. This is not a cheap meal for a lazy night in anymore. There are far better options at this price point in Kingston. If you want cheap pizza, go to Safeway. If you want good pizza, get Westside. Domino's is a compromise in both quality and price, with no clear benefit. The food is fine, the drivers are great, but the dissonance between advertising and reality is dissappointing.

I like the Hot Spot idea since I live about 30 minutes away from a domino’s. Josh, the pizza delivery driver met me at a meet up spot within 15 minutes of my initial order. He was really nice. Josh gave me extra cups for my sprite and unfolded packaging for garlic bread to use as plates. I felt that Josh did his best and went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I really appreciate great customer service and I can’t imagine a better experience. Thank you!
