Disappointed in the service tonight. Ordered online and noted a 20-25 minute prep time which was fine. Went down 35 minutes later, meal was not ready and the staff seemed to be guessing what my order was. Told me to take a seat, came back 10 minutes later to again confirm what I ordered and then said my meal would be 10-15 minutes, i.e it had not even been cooked. After another 20 minutes late finally received my order. Lots of apologies, but I thought it might be worth a complimentary order, part of the order, discount or SOMETHING to acknowledge the fact that I had just waited an over an hour for my order, and sat needlessly waiting in the shop for 35 minutes. But nothing was forthcoming. This is hospitality 101 stuff. I should have just walked out and let you deal with meals that were no longer wanted since I had not paid for them yet.

Lovely ambience, good customer service and decent wait time for Friday evening. It was 2nd time ordering a takeaway from this place, and disappointment was the only 'Consistent' thing. * Green Chicken Curry in super small containers - not worth the money. * Khaow Pad Ke Mow (spicy fried rice) - very dry and had to use green chicken curry to swallow. * Pad Thai - NO NO NO! Ordered with chicken but there was NO chicken in the dish. Completely flavourless! I hope things get better at this place, as there are not many Thai Cuisine restaurant around the area.

The Penang Chicken Curry is to die for! It's so good that it's my go to meal, for all our Hobart Chargers basketball outings 😊 However be sure to add an extra serve of rice if there are 2 of you sharing, as they only give you a small serve with the meal. Friendly staff, always greet you with a smile 🙂
