Got served a milkshake in a cup smaller than other Gelatissimos which was only 3/4 full. Also more expensive than other stores. Girl serving me didn't really seem like she wanted to be there, below average experience.

The service is very quick and there is lots of seating room if you wanted to come as a group. The flavours overall were good, however maybe too 'icy' as it did take away from some if the flavour. Overall a nice cool place to try.

They wouldn't let my young son have a tasting stock to check he was happy with the flavour because of COVID but then serve a 10+ people without mask inside there shop, stupid staff behind the counter!!! Wake up!!! At the end of the day what's the difference to serving ice creams over a little tasting stick? Nothing.

New (and welcome) addition to the Kirribilli shop strip. Gelatissimo is a chain but the gelato is nice and the staff are friendly but much like any other Sydney gelato place buying for a large group / family can become expensive. Would recommend splitting a cup (get 2-3 scoops - economical and delicious).. for all the students there's a special as long they are in school uniform

The ice cream is great and the customer service is splendid! It’s good that they have vegan options as well. Would love to come again and try other flavours :)

Super friendly staff. Excellent quality ice cream with crispy pastry. The ice cream is made by themselves. Very smoothy and yummy. Got to try it if you're in this area. Great to go with the ocean view as well!
