Had a lovely last minute unplanned date with my husband here. We didn't make a reservation, although it was busy we were able to get a table. The selection of meals was easy and somewhat informative. I mean to say, I knew where my steak was resourced from. Most times you never know when you go out for dinner. So my cow was well honoured 😄😄. Meal was large, for the price it was good value for money. Food was lovely and well cooked to how we ordered.

The food has improved but you can really notice the trend with this QR code thing, order your food and pay for it in one hit, eat and then leave so the next person can imbibe. It’s diminishing the experience aspect of eating out. Most of the staff were awesome, very young and finding their way, except this one older (south American or Brazilian) lady who while you think would be leading by example , let the team down by forgetting the hospitable in hospitality especially when your party has booked a function area and dropped $600+ on a dinner for their 5year old verbally challenged kid. A bit of understanding and empathy would have went a long way, maybe all the way up to 5 stars. The amount spent shouldn’t matter but the fact your establishment was chosen should.

Great steaks lovely service, was a bit slow waited about 45 minutes for the food on a slowish night, but the staff where friendly and when I received the steak it was cooked well! Overall good experience, good place for families as well cater the children also offering colouring crayons and paper which helped entertain our 3 year old daughter!

We were recommended to come here by kings rd vet as we're both big steak fans. We had dinner on Saturday night the welcome was lovely being shown to our table. Ordered drinks only one arrived partner had to chase up the other one. We had the chicken for entree and Kilpatrick oysters the chicken was beautiful however the oysters were overcooked and mush nice sauce though lovely smoky bbq flavour. However its not something you want when ordering oysters. Very disappointed that we hadn't even finished our entrees and our mains arrived so both our mains started to go cold. I couldn't even say anything to the waitress because she dropped the meals so quick and just left. I feel this place definitely needs to implement the table away service. My eye fillet was a bit chewy nice amount of charcoaling. There is definitely not enough sauce on the steaks. My partner had the Wagyu rump and said it was beautiful however one side had been cut off. We're hoping next time we come back the service is a bit better and our oysters are not over cooked
