Pizza Hut

Ordered 4 pizzas this evening with a 45 minute wait. All pizzas undercooked (cheese unmelted, dough still wet, prawns still cool). Called to report, given option for pizzas to be remade or to receive store credit. Opted for new pizza. Over an hour later, pizzas arrive. Bloke wants to view the original pizzas (we were not informed that they would want this and they were now in bin, but photos had been taken). Copped static and attitude as though we were scabbing free food ($55 free food!). Second lot of pizzas a dramatic improvement, but the service provided upon delivery genuinely makes it difficult to enjoy. If this is indicative of the service provided by pizza hut, no wonder they struggle to keep branches open. Woeful stuff. Will be spending our money elsewhere in future. Word to the wise, believe the reviews - even 2.8 star average is generous.

Previous experiences at this store has had me waiting quite a while for my pizza delivery. Sometimes over 1.5 hours. Friday evening last week I got my pizza delivered in 34 minutes. Food tasted great and was piping hot still. It’s the service like this the consumer pays for. Hopefully it keeps up! John

Went to pickup a pizza tonight and walked in to the manager/superviser/whatever yelling, swearing, and carrying on, at some poor kid who worked for her in front of 3 other customers. Despicable behaviour and felt sorry for him. Kid only looked 12-13. Not only that we were told our pizza would be ready in one minute, waited there for 10-15 until another staff member actually came to the counter, and apparently our pizza had been sitting there for goodness knows how long. Sort yourself out and if you are that insecure about yourself that you feel the need to get on your high horse and tear strips off some kid, don't do it out on the floor where everyone else can hear. Pathetic.
