Chick-fil-a

I don’t understand how this specific Chick-Fil-A location continues to be the worst Chick-fil-A ever. Consistently getting my order wrong. Employees talking to each other instead of taking orders. Running out of salad at 5:00 pm on a Saturday with no clear explanation why. Won’t do hash browns extra crispy anymore. And the portions continue to struggle (fries are full and more like mini nuggets than full nuggets). Stopping breakfast at 9:25 am and canceling my app order even though I was in the drive tru before 9:20 am. #eatmorechickensomewhereelse Picture for reference of the “tomatoes” on my deluxe sandwich.

I love the chick-fil-a brand and have over all nothing bad to say about this brand. However for this location for the past 3 weeks when going on my lunch for a meal 2 things really surprised me. The waffle fries where soggy and the pickles didn't sit right with the sandwiches. So I didn't finish the fries and took the pickles off the sandwiches . Anyways this is probably a lunch thing I don't know. But I will continue to eat from here. They're super fast and always friendly. And my order is always correct. I just hope the fries don't continue to be soggy.

Brown headed kid named Colin was very short and rude when I questioned how much longer it would be on my order. I had already waited 15 minutes and they told me that there was something wrong and they had to send it through again so I ended up waiting another 14 minutes. Should really try not to be rude to customers. Probably won't be back here.

Fastest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been. They were so efficient and organized. Went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, saw the huge line and got scared for a moment. However, I was watching how the line was moving so decided to join in. Within a couple of minutes an employee was already getting my order. They had like 6-8 guys out side taking order and cashing out. So once I get to the window my order was ready and I drove off with the right order. I ordered 12 piece chicken nugget with waffle fries and their seasonal peppermint shake. Food was fresh and tasty, it was still warm and felt like it came out of the kitchen. Overall, one of the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been.
