Cook Out

Visited today 5/29/22 Christopher took my order. He was very polite and respectful! The world needs more people like Christopher thank you for making me feel appreciated as a customer. I ordered a big double tray cheeseburger, onion rings(7), white cheddar bites(6) and a sprite. Sorry I took the pictures after I ate most of it. The burger was fresh and tasty the onion rings and white cheddar bites were good as well. The service was swift and this is how you do business thank you for a wonderful experience! Great price

Food is pretty good and it's great that they're open very late. Just be aware that if you order within 45 minutes of them closing they might be in "selloff" which means they're only selling what they already prepared or are ready to prepare. Which is understandable, don't get me wrong. To end on a positive note, the variety here is unmatched and it's great for a family or group who are wanting different things.

It shouldn't take 15 minutes in the drive through to get few hot dogs and some fries. I understand that so one may have had a large order, but they should have that person pull off and being it out to them instead of holding up others in the lane. Poor execution...to add insult to injury they got my very simple order wrong.

I will ONLY visit cedar bluff from now on. The employees are kind and very quick. Plus, the shakes (which is the reason I come here) are super thick how I like them... Farragut store employees seem like they care more about what's going on with them and not their customers. Athens cook-out was my go to place but.. they started rushing through everything and my shakes turned out like water almost. Cleveland.... The bomb!
