Froyoz

Froyoz always has excellent flavors of frozen yogurt to choose from and fabulous array of toppings! The store is clean and has a friendly, helpful staff. The best thing they have done is stop charging per ounce, and now they charge just for the size of bowl that you choose. You can have as many toppings as you want, and that makes me very happy!

The minute we walked in we stood patiently at the front door, the blonde lady behind the register was quick to ask if had been in since they’ve reopened. After giving us the run down she rudely told us to come to the register to pay beforehand then had us make our flavor choices. I would’ve minded her tone before but made us feel like we needed to make our decisions quickly. Her tone was very condescending the only positive thing she did was her job which was to make our frozen yogurts. I understand the codes restaurant’s need to follow but customer service should be a consistent rule of thumb.

Absolutely love this place. I frequent it weekly. I love sampling all of the new flavors. Some are definitely better than others. This store is most definitely in better hands than it was a while ago. Staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions you have. The blonde that works there is an absolute delight to deal with. Always has a smile on her face and is very eager to make every experience a great one. Would definitely suggest checking it out. Especially if you had bad experiences before, you’ll be happy you went back. As far as the pricing goes, it’s not all that bad. It’s $.55 an ounce, so obviously the more you get, the more expensive it will be. But one of the staff did inform me that the pricing will change come spring and I believe it’ll be a new flat rate, so definitely more affordable. Great job ladies.
