Bojangles'

Bojangles use to be so good and the customer service use to be great. Now, I’m surprise they still have any business. The employees and manager have no respect for customers or even their selves. Always running their mouth, making smart remarks under there breath. I’ll take my money else where and get better customer service. Corporate needs to come in and fire them all and start over.

Very unprofessional and Rude! Waited over 40 minutes for a call ahead order at lunch time! 2/27/22 Everyone was waiting on Chicken to cook! The Cashier on the front register had a very poor attitude and very disrespectful to customers and her manager! She actually stopped taking orders at one point to go to another area just to yell very loudly at a customer regarding that customers order! the manager told her to shut up but the cashier just kept back talking the manager then the manager turned to the customer and said “she’s just a child” (early 20’s or so which is not a child!) like that made it ok for this cashier to act a FOOL in a place of business! And no apologies for my wait from no one! Won’t be back!!

By far the best chicken 🍗 I've had. Blows KFC, Popeyes, Church's, and yes, even Chick-fil-A out of the water! Their biscuits are fluffy and delicious and their choice in sides are just as flavorful as the chicken itself. I prefer the spicy over the original, as it adds just a touch of heat into the mix. The only place that rivals Bojangles is Zaxby's, so if you haven't been to Bojangles yet I highly suggest you give them a try! A+ 💯 🐔

The shift leader waited on my party. Super helpful and real friendly, never been there before so i had breakfast questions. I'm 9 hrs outta state. Biscuits were amazing ! Got steak and didn't realize it'd be country fried OMG AWESOME. Sweet potato pie was fantastic and the tots were large disks and perfect. Clean restaurant and opens Crazy early. Thanks!
