Dunkin'

Ordered a Boston cream donut, Carmel craze iced latte and an egg and cheese bagel. How did they manage to mess up EVERY single item? -Boston cream donut had no cream in it. Just a donut with chocolate frosting. -I didn’t even get my Carmel craze iced latte. They gave me some sort of cinnamon iced latte no Carmel at all. -they used an everything bagel instead of a regular bagel for the sandwich. That’s not even how they come. I just don’t understand how a simple order can be that hard.

This should be 5stars, but 2stars deducted because, Vanilla Bean iced coffee is not on the online menu and if you use the dial the store directly option a team member never answers like they do in my hometown store which is busier than this store and when asked why they don't answer at least they were honest and said, "they didn't know why not!" hopefully their district mgr will take note and correct because overall my drink was delicious! 😋 ps: not to exaggerate to much i must say that i risked death to myself as im old n fat with a curved spine and climbed Mount Everest so as not to stop at evil wicked @Starbucks, because we all know Starbucks Sucks!

Ordered donuts at drive thru. My order was taken and the total was acknowledged. Pull up to window, no greeting, hand takes my card and hands me my order. Swipes my card, hand me my card ( no receipt ) and walks off. This is the new normal. Inept employees know they won't be fired. Who will replace them ? Robots........perhaps ☹☹

Well Been here for days in a row in four days the same thing. Large coffee cream and sugar never stirred. sugars at the bottom. Today told the guy in the drive-through window I need a straw because they never stir coffee. So first I see they make the wrong size coffee then they remake the coffee in tune by size I ordered and yet again not stirred. Really I mean one day I can understand but fourth Straight day not counting today. Little things really do matter if I wanted black coffee I would’ve ordered coffee black. Seems strange but I can order the same coffee at the Dunkin by my house and it’s actually made the way I ordered.hmmmmmm should’ve tried the other Store that was closer.
