Mcdonald's

I became homeless in October 2019, today Black Friday 2021, broke, homeless and hungry this kind lady, a complete stranger approached me and asked me what I wanted to eat. She never told me her name and she was gone before I could ask. I did manage to get a picture of her as she ordered me a complete meal. There are Angels still helping the less fortunate even in this technologically advanced age we live in. Bless you kind lady. You fed a hungry disabled homeless veteran today with grace and kindness.

Understandably they were extremely busy, I did not appreciate being treated so rudely. I had asked for my receipt that I didn't get from the kiosk and was told by who I can only guess was a team leader that, and I quote, they didn't have time for that, it would take too long to search on the register for it. I was informed they were very busy and I needed to leave and then was told twice when I requested my receipt again have a good day bye you can leave. I did hear the person who went around to the drive-through say something about me which I will not print here. I went to my car and then on second thought I went back in and requested the main office number at which point a female individual who I guess was actual management asked what was wrong. The prior individual made the comment that I was just wanting to cause trouble. I spoke up for myself and told her I just simply wanted my receipt. She promptly came to the register and apologized and found my receipt. I probably wouldn't have said anything here, but for being insulted and dismissed as I was already late to be somewhere. My food was not cooked thoroughly but I was driving down the interstate when I discovered this. Will NOT be back. I will drive out of my way to another location or go somewhere else.

Wow. Drive thru staff in the weeds today. One person taking orders on the wrong lane, my order was actually never taken until I arrived at the payment window. At the food window, the worker had the wrong drink made, and when she handed me my 'correct' drink, I later tasted it and discovered it was still incorrect. I had to order a third time at the food window, since she cleared my order before it was ready and had no idea what to give me. Just wow.

I have lived in Fountain City for 30 years, and McDonald's on Broadway has always been my go-to place. Now I only get double cheeseburgers for my dogs. Service is always good, but the outside of the restaurant is nasty. Also, when I asked for no onions it looks like they threw the bun on and forgot to finish the hamburger. Most of the time my dogs complain about the cold french fries. I have started going to Chick-fil-A for myself and the dogs. The food is better, but most of all it looks clean inside and outside.

My experience felt like I made a mistake by choosing to walk inside, instead of using the drive thru because no employee would take my order for over fifteen minutes. Employees in the kitchen just kept looking at me and other customers in line behind me. The way I was finally greeted and given permission to begin my order, made me feel embarrassed to have come inside. Your employees behavior and attitude made for a very stressful environment. Overall, I waited forty five minutes. I think I will give it some extended time before I decide return to do business again.

This McDonalds location is AWFUL hands down. The day shift, blonde ( best description , as she had no name tag) Manager is disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and an awful manager. She needs additional training. She not only borated me but in front of her young employees. She didn’t even attempt to resolve my issue. She just told me how wrong I was and went on and on. My kids were confused because I would try and talk and she talked over me. I just turned and left. McDonald’s your food is not worth the aggravation for a happy meal and some nuggets. I’ll NEVER go to this location again. You are obviously ok with loosing customers. That’s ok, corporates is now aware. Thanks, but no thanks!

The guy working was polite and they were def short staffed it seemed....but that said....they completely messed up our order and then when the guy gave us our food...they tried to make up for the 35 mins wait with 2 free pies... which i thought was nice of them until I read on the box "enjoy by (4 hours earlier than when he gave them to me)"...The muffin/pie thing was as hard as a rock. They didnt give us fresh food in general either as the fries were also cold and hard. We will not be coming back. When I called the location to discuss what had happened, the phone was picked up and left off of the hook. You could literally hear stuff in the background and people talking....but no response. I hung up and called back and it was busy. I was never able to get through again.
