Hardee's

I like Hardee's food and this is an excellent location. Fast,friendly service and the food isn't too overpriced. I'd also like to take this opportunity to let folks know that Arbys is not the only place to serve a roast beef sandwich and I've never heard of Hardee's running out of roast beef either !

For one young man to be carrying the entire load; it was very impressive. The drive-thru was lined up but quickly served with a smile. We inquired about the young man's situation of 'running the whole show' he replied that that he would ask for help and corporate would send him (4-5) people whom he was expected to train and did so but then_ as soon as they were trained and his store was up and running; corporate would call them all back to other stores! Folks, this is devious and very deceptive. We could tell he was very disheartened over this but still served us with precision and professionalism. Prayers for you young man and keep your chin up_ you are doing a fantastic job and absolutely deserve more help and a promotion!

Ordered chicken tenders thru drive thru. Pulled up to check them and they were cold, rubbery and hard. Drive back around and showed them to the rude employee, asked me what did I want to do about them, said would like for them to cook me some fresh ones, which he said you’ll have to wait on them. Really?? Wasn’t going to drive home and come back for them. Attitudes and quality have went way down. I understand there is a shortage of workers but this kind of service isn’t helping Hardee’s Farragut.

Glad the dining room is open, but owners take note. Every order is packed Togo. Look at all the waste. I’ll bet there is a dollars worth of packaging. Start offering inside customers dine in packaging What can I say about Hardee’s except that I wish their burgers where half as good as their breakfast items.

Came to this Hardee’s very hungry and excited. Requested the meals on the photos and after receiving cups, they did not have drinks. Asked the man and the lady there about it, they did not wanted even answer us. We ere charged for what we did not get. I had to get out and bring the soda cans for us from another place. I think at least they could let people k ow and or at least when asked, they could apologize or say something to that end but they were very rudely ignored our questions.
