Jimmy John's

We use to come here all of the time with great service! Came here tonight. Horrible service. The lady on the phone kept cutting me off, then when I came to pick it up curbside, which is what I called it in for, she said it wasn’t a curbside order, and acted like I was putting her out. Then when she brought our food, just said are you picking up, didn’t ask my name or order, practically threw me my stuff and walked away, before I could even tell her we didn’t have chips and no peppers on our sub. When my husband went back in for what was missing. No customer service at all. He told them what was missing and they told him the chips are right there! Horrible customer service. It’s been a while since we’ve been at this location. But when I say Rude, very rude!

I would not order again. I placed an order over an hour in advance for delivery and planned the delivery 15 minutes prior to the start of a meeting. 15 minutes before the delivery time I contacted the store to get the status of the order as it did not show as being out for delivery yet and was told it had just gone out with a driver. 25 minutes later and after the delivery time I contacted the store again to be told that it had not gone out with the original driver and had in fact just gone out 8 minutes ago with a different driver. The order was finally delivered 20 minutes late, after the meeting started and the General Manager, Glen, was not helpful at all. He repeatedly said he was doing the best he could, but I am also trying to do a job which included ordering lunch.

Ordered at 1145pm. Arrived at 1150.door was locked but the workers were still behind the counter and a young girl was inside with her bike. She came and unlocked the door and said they are closed unless I'm picking up. Walked inside and it smelled like weed and had trap music barring. I asked is my sub was ready and the guy with tear drop tattoos under his eye said he'll get it started in a minute and grabbed a loaf bread with his hands with no gloves. I ordered a sub roll not regular bread. I told them forget it and walked out and had to unlock the door to get out.

This is the most grossly inefficient Jimmy John's on the planet. My order was just delivered 65 minutes after my requested delivery time. When I called to ask what the situation was and why I wasnt made aware (on JJ website) to expect 'longer than normal delivery times'. The manager simply said "they don't control turning that switch on or off " and that "it was someone from out of the store that informs someone else at corporate." I asked if I was the manager or franchisee that notifies corporate and she said neither. This experience has been beyond frustrating. Get your act together!
