Papa Johns Pizza

Great place to eat. I called and asked if they could fix me a cheese pizza, and that I was allergic to red meat. They said no problem that they would wipe everything down they could then fix my pizza. This has been a while back that I asked them but they still do a great job. I can eat cheese pizza from here and not have any allergic reaction at all.

WORST customer service I've experienced in a long time. They messed up my online order, when I called to tell them about it, they said it was on me and hung up the phone on me! I drove back to the store to show my receipt and that the order was placed correctly on my end, and they said I could pay half price if I wanted them to fix it.(two of my pizzas were incorrect, but I was only asking them to fix one of them) the manager refused to apologize at first, but in the end, did remake one of the pizzas, and finally apologized after all of this. Didn't do anything about the other pizzas, in fact, he did not even address them. Never will return to this store. Would only recommend to my worst enemies

Horrible! No Steak in Double Steak Philly Cheeststeak. Barely any Green Peppers in extra Green Peppers. I'm a great tipper - so I went ahead and tipped extra. No steak in the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza. Barely any green peppers (which costs 2 cents). Going into the garbage. Thanks Fountain City Papa Johns!!! going into the garbage.

I ordered from here yesterday and when my pizza was delivered this was the result. I called the store and the staff was very rude she pressured on how I ordered incorrectly. She said you made the mistake but how did you mean to order it! I was upset and stated I didn't order for my pizza to be scrambled around the box! I will never order from this location again, as this was a last minute order for my children's dinner and the result was disappointing!
