Moe's Southwest Grill

Very very poor experience this time and probably the last 2 times before that. When going though the ordering prosses I come to the end of the line of toppings and there where about 5 things missing and the worker stated he had no idea why. So then I proceeded to the salsa bar to find and messy and once again empty slots were salsa goes. Im not a negative person and hate to complain but I really like Moes food but hate the experience when I come here for lunch. I think it really just boils down to bad employees that seem to not care for the job whatsoever. I will change review if improvements are made in the coming months.

I love Moe's and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any location. It was clear that the staff was very overwhelmed by the Sunday lunch crowd and a result the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the establishment suffered. I asked for a Joey Jr. and was given a Joey, both my husband and I had to have our burritos re-wrapped after the tortillas split, the chicken was cut too largely, all of the chips tasted "off," etc. The employees working behind the line weren't even wearing their uniforms--one was wearing street clothes turned inside out (?). The drink area was a mess. Several of the Freestyle syrups were out and weren't refilled during our half hour there, despite asking. Same goes for the plastic forks. We couldn't find a clean table--we had to clean it ourselves. Honestly, I will never return to this particular location. I don't know if it was just a bad day there but it's not worth risking it again.

Love Moe’s, but will never come back to this one. Used the app to place an order that ended up being close to $40. My quesadilla had pork instead of chicken. My son’s meal should have included a cookie and drink, of which I got neither. And the last meal we didn’t even find until hours later after thinking we didn’t get it at all; they had buried the burrito under tortilla chips in a bag. Who does that??

Both times my family has order from there, the order was wrong. This last time, we were supposed to be refunded for the long wait time and wrong order but going on a month later and still nothing and now we can't even call the store due to the Google number for Moe's going straight to a voice-mail so we have to go out of our way, back to the store, and explain the situation again. The facility is dirty and the employees just lay their personal belongings everywhere. Never will order from parkside Moe's again!! • • UPDATE - FINALLY received an email that our refund was processed and as nice as the assistant manager was about it, we will not be ordering from this location still!!

I'm a big fan of Moe's and look forward to occasional lunches there. One thing you can usually count on at Moe's is consistency, but that wasn't the case at this particular Moe's. This was the first...and time I'll eat at this Moe's I think the person putting the first few items on my plate was new, but that's not an excuse. I get a burrito bowl quite often so I know what should go in it, and the proportions were all wrong. And normally, with one their burritos, or bowls, they serve a basket of tortilla chips. My basket had only 10 chips in it! Seriously? Most importantly, I asked for steak as my meat and I'm very accustomed to what it should taste like, I get it every time I eat at Moe's. This steak had a very odd taste...my guess is it was left over and beginning to get old. I chose to not eat it. This is not the Moe's at which I normally eat, so I didn't say anything, knowing I wouldn't eat here again. I normally eat at the Moe's in Lenoir City, which is excellent.
