Love this location. Everybody is super friendly. Great customer service. Always fast. Delivery people are super nice and friendly. Store staff is equally as great. Love going to the store to eat. Always taken care of.

On Feb. 9, 2022, my wife went though the drive thru to pick up an order. She was charged twice for that order. She called the restaurant to have the correction made and was assured it would be addressed. Since then, I have called twice. On the first call I was assured that this double pay would be taken care of. Today I was told that i was basically, 'out of luck.' No Jim John no more for us.

Very disappointed the last 2 visits.
Used to love this place, but the last 2 times they messed up my order. And it also seems that the double roat beef isnt double anymore......they have become very skimpy on the meat....almost as bad as subway. Ive had to actually cut away a 1/4 of the bread cause there wasnt the amount of meat there used to be.
Not worth going back to try a 3rd time for them to get it right.

I understand it’s hard times, but when multiple customers are waiting in the drive-through line at 8:30pm and you supposedly are open until 9 PM and there’s not a soul in the restaurant and no notification on the window or the door that is just poor management! This has happened to me multiple times and I am done . I won’t try again to buy from you, I’ll go to subway or firehouse subs .

This is the 2nd time within two weeks that Jimmy Johns's , has ran out of bread. Today being the 2nd time at 2p.m.. I'm confused because all they sell are subs.

Delicious, just as we knew it would be! Friendly staff and the same nice environment that we know and love from our trips to many different JJs locations. Thanks for a great dinner on our ride home to Georgia!

As others have said, I usually prefer hot sandwiches, but when I am in the mood for a cold sub, I go to Jimmy John's. Food is consistently fresh and fast, as they say in their advertising...Restaurant was clean as well.

Dustin, Marcus and all the crew will make the best sandwiches you will find. Always great service, very friendly staff and quality food. This is a healthy alternative to the fast food establishments.
