just ordered an egg an cheese biscuit. Gave me an egg biscuit, and I had to actually pull forward to wait for it. Charged me for egg and cheese. This isn't the first time this particular location has screwed my order up. They're completely inept at the Chapman Hwy location. I should have known better than to go. I would suggest everyone to go to somewhere else. It was my fault for thinking these cretins could get an egg and cheese biscuit right.

I'm giving two stars because the food was good, but my overall experience was bad enough that I will not return. We chose this place due to the fact that they serve breakfast all day. We arrived at noon and placed our order for two breakfast combos that included coffee. The cashier was unkempt looking, longish hair unnetted and not very clean looking. He handled multiple food items ungloved, but worst of all was his attitude. Working in the food service industry myself, I try to make it as easy as possible on people so I ordered promptly, didn't ask for anything special ordered and had my money quickly ready. I thanked him, but recieved no comment whatsoever from him in return except for an icy stare. He handed me two soft drink cups. I asked if they had coffee available still, politely. He turned and looked at me as if I'd lost my mind and eventually said "Yeah" rudely. So here's the thing. Lately I hear a lot of stories about "Karen's" and food service workers being harassed. I totally feel for those individuals and certainly agree that customers should be polite and respectful. However, this works both ways. You can not expect people to spend their hard earned money at your establishment just to be treated poorly. Customer service is still a very real thing and a necessity. Your food might be good, but I'm not patronizing your restaurant under such situations. Find better employees.

This location is okay. Make sure you check your food before driving off from the drive thru. They forgot my pimento cheese on my biscuit but charged me for it. Should've learned my mistake after the first time but I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. Customer service could be better. Edit: please see picture. Smashed biscuit and got a large fry but they only filled it half way. Also their sweet tea is not good.
