Sonic Drive-in

The staff is so incredibly sweet and truly care about helping you the best they can. I know restaurants have been struggling with COVID and everything. I just really want to make sure it is known how thankful I am for the staff that show up and give exceptional customer service. My experience was great and I hope more fast food industries/places learn from the staff here. Thank you for being so nice and ensuring the order was taken care of :)

This place is horrible. I was trying to let her know my order was wrong and she couldn't hear me because someone was power washing the sidewalk beside me. She came out and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my sandwich. I ordered a single and this was a double. It was the biggest mess. She laughed at me and said she was absolutely not going to have my food remade and gave me some napkins. She finally took it back and brought me what I ordered however she was rolling her eyes and shaking her head at me the whole time. The sandwich wouldn't even go together and there was mustard and ketchup all over the inside of the bag because it was such a mess.

I’ve never had good service at this location. Something about it just every time I end up waiting a half an hour for slushies and food. The soft pretzels are probably the only good thing but only if they actually butter them and they’re warm. I had ordered chicken tenders one time and waited so long the worker refunded it from my card without me even asking so that was very nice. One time a person just straight up didn’t put my order in and I waited in the stall for 20 minutes before driving off and realizing it never said it was ordered or “in the kitchen” on the computer screen.

Drive through only. The person on the drive through could not be understood at the speaker. After 15 min, ordered at the window. And the order was still screwed up and didn't get a receipt. I'm done with this location. If you don't have the staff, don't open! My wife called to express her frustration with manager only to be put on mute. I AM DONE!

This location didn't live up to my expectations . Spent over 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. All the others I have been to are exceptional. The tater tots were overcooked and saturated in grease, the grilled cheese not palatable and the grilled chicken was barely grilled. Everything gives to us was barely warm. 😪 won't be back to the Karns, Tn location
