Subway

I waited on someone to come to the counter for about 10 minutes or so and even rang the bell a couple times and nobody showed up. So I decided to go get chick fil a instead because they have better service apparently. Then after I sat down and ate I heard the bell ring at the counter and saw some other customers waiting and finally saw a guy appear from the back. I was highly upset with this, I won’t bother going back to this one.

Quote sandwich artists “seemed too busy to take our order and were more interested in being outside smoking. When they did take our order they said that they were new and could not figure out how to open the meat cooler. Both seemed very frustrated and that they didn’t wanna be there… Honestly probably won’t go to this one again. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

The guy acted like us coming to the counter was the biggest inconvenience for him. He rolled his eyes when he saw us walking up, threw his hands up in the air, and then slammed his personal cell phone down on the counter before asking us what we want. They didn’t have marinara sauce, which was okay, but the attitude demonstrated by the man was uncalled for. We took our business to Chick-fil-a.

Me and my coworkers went to lunch and when he went to order he said what he wanted and a girl there said "what" and he repeated it and then she said "are you retarted" so we ended up leaving, well my other coworker placed a order online and when she went to pick it up they said they were closed and she said she already had a order placed and said it was ready. This is horrible customer service and if you cannot handle working in a busy mall don't work there! no need to be rude as hell, this store needs to do better heard a lot of complaints about them

This Subway has poor service and is understaffed. I got my food at a reasonable pace, then I get a sweet tea to drink. The tea is horrible, and it tastes like it’s been sitting there all day. I bring it back to the counter and the woman is mad. I ask if I can get a refund because I don’t drink soda and the Powerade was broken. She tells me I can’t get a refund because there is no manager there.

Fast and polite staff. Let me tell you, the subs we had here were probably the best hand made subs from any other Subway we've been to. And if you know anyone who loves Subway, make sure to get them a gift card. Great little food court addition for those who are trying to watch their calories. Their soup is always amazing.

Very rude. Very confused when all I ordered was a veggie sandwich with everything except jalapenos, bannanas, and pickles on one side. Neither person seemed able to comprehend those simple directions even tho I explained multiple times. When I pointed out the fly that was walking around on my sandwich the girl got mad and started slamming things around saying that it wasn't her fault that the fly was there... And I just thought it wasn't mine either! Did she expect me to feed my child the fly sandwich? Needless to say I just left without any food. Attitude makes all the difference.
