Snappy Tomato Pizza

This pizza used to be really good. Not anymore, it was a thin crust pizza, and i didn't order thin. The pizza was extremely hot to the taste almost as if someone added red pepper to it. The pizza was cold by the time i got home. We live 10 minutes away. The wings were not good and were equally cold. Wheni called to advise them and ask about the spicy pizza, i was told sorry. I will not ever order their pizza again.

The pizza and service are always great. The Beast is huge and ridiculously affordable. The website for ordering is a bit clunky, but you can call and order with no issues. This is one of my family's favorite pizza places in Knoxville. Their wings and breadsticks are also delicious. For about $22 you can get a pizza that feeds 8 to 10 people. Definitely worth a try for anyone who likes pizza!

The pizza is delicious. But the delivery times and the time your pizza will be ready are never correct. We have ordered pizza numerous times and every time I end up having to go get it myself. You walk in there’s 6 people in there but they say they have no delivery drivers. Young kids sitting in there with their friends not doing the job. So if you want a good pizza just order it and go get yourself. But if you need it delivered it will be a 2 to 3 hour delivery

March 4, 2021, ordered online to pick up on site. As I pulled up one teen staff was cleaning the dining area with no mask on. As I entered, masked, he set aside his broom & asked for name of order. He never once made an effort to wash hands before reaching for my meal. Staff member #2, also without a mask, was moving cooking dishes from a shelf to the back out of sight. The 3rd staff member came into site, but while I was obtaining a beverage from the cooler she too removed mask from face while working with the various toppings. Historically I selected Snappy Tomato because our family felt they made the best Hawaiian bacon/Canadian ham pizza in town. Plenty of toppings, lots of cheese, & enough sauce to drip down your shirt if not careful. With the switch in owners topping quantity decreased, but they would do when you didn’t want to cook. After tonight’s awareness of their staff’s lack of food service hygiene we won’t be returning any more! That sucks! I will miss my delivery guy! He was amazingly polite & pleasant. I always looked forward to greeting his cheerful smile at the door!

After waiting nearly 3 hours for 2 pizzas totalling $42 (before tip), I received a luke warm pizza that was about as delicious as a piece of cardboard. I understand staffing shortages, but this lack of quality on every scale with the top dollar price has lost my business. I appreciate the cookie you threw in for the extreme wait, but that doesnt come anywhere close to making up for the service I received this evening.
