Taco Bell

Writing this on my tenth minute of being at the drive-through box. I waited an additional 10 to get here, just thought it’d be faster once the line moved. Nope. Clearly understaffed and whoever is here does not care to actually operate. It’s 7:45p and they close at 8p, so they are just waiting out the line to shut down. Very cool, very good service.

Stopped by this Taco Bell for an early lunch so since it was the first day of the release of the Taco Pizza that’s what I wanted. When I ordered I was told they were sold out of Taco Pizzas. First day of release and before the lunch rush they were sold out. On my previous trip to this restaurant they were sold out of nacho fries. I guess I’ll use another fast food chain from here out

The dining room was closed even at 6pm, in July 2022, when most Americans are vaccinated and boosted. It is certainly not because of the pandemic that they cutting services to the consumer, they are simply slacking on payroll. Slacko Bell's drive thru is much slower than McD's also because Slacko Bell only has 1 lane whereas McD's has 2 lanes. Therefore, expect that you will will be waiting 45 plus minutes to get bottom of the barrel in quality food Yucko Bell has become know for.

I was craving hard shell tacos and sent my husband to pick up during normal business hours. He waited 5 plus minutes at the drive thru and no one ever took his order... They were instead taking a break outside with a huge drive thru line so he left and went to the lovell rd location. I thought maybe it was just a rough day. I went again today a little after 9am on Father's day 2022, I saw one car in the parking lot with people in it. I sat several minutes at the drive thru but no one came to take my order so I left. We've never had issues with this location until the last month. Very disappointing they can't hire people who actually want to work.
