I must say, I haven't eaten at a Pizza Hut in about 20 years. When we moved to our new location in North Knoxville on the east side I thought I'd give it a try. I went in I was greeted my order was taken and I only waited about 15 minutes for a hot delicious personal pan pizza. The location is clean and the guy at the front desk, I think his name was Curtis was also friendly. I would recommend this Pizza Hut.

This Pizza Hut location (Millertown Pike, Knoxville) is 8 minutes from our home.
We get carryout and always get a Great Pizza here.
If you are traveling it is Exit 8 on the 640.
We order from the Pizza Hut App and it saves our Favorite Pizza so Super Quick & Easy.

Have ordered from here several times strong word of advice when call center answer's your call don't bother placing an order. I have had two different times my order not received when I've arrived to pick it up so I'm considering g dropping pizza hut altogether

Pizza is ready when they say it will be . Ordered a pan pizza and it was good. Although it had very little toppings or cheese and this is very uncommon for this pizza hut. ..All other times the pizza has been great at this location

Great service! Food was made exactly as requested (we have picky eaters) and the customer service was exceptional. Would definitely use this location from now on.

Was very disappointed in my pizza. Hardly no sauce at all mostly dry. Bread sticks burnt. Pizza Hut is usually my favorite Pizza place, not today.

I usually have had great experiences ordering from this location but on this order I did not. I ordered both pizzas with the white sauce(I forget what pizzas hut calls it) but both pizzas were made with red sauce.

My pizzas did not appear nor taste fresh made. I ordered one thin and one hand tossed, they appeared the same. Toppings were sparse. It was just a bad pizza overall
