My grandson mentioned how much he loves macaroons & having a birthday coming up I wanted to add some to his gifts. I googled macarons & WOOPS came up. Reading all the great reviews I decided to go there. The owners Thomas & Julia Maddux happened to be taking care of their shop that day. They were very personable, friendly & informative, having never had macaroons myself. They have a variety of flavors & the packaging & choice of gift boxes are adorable! My grandson was thrilled with them & anyone who tasted them said they were AMAZING! Thank you Mr&Mrs Maddux & WOOPS!

I got these macarons at a mall on Knoxville the service was great Toni was so sweet !!! They tasted amazing!!! And the price was not bad. I got a box of 6 for $20. Witch is great because they are normally $4 apiece. So in the long run you get 2 for the price of 1 with the box of 6.

I ordered macaroons online to have delivered to my house. Due to the hot weather, they arrived melted and messy. After speaking to customer service and requesting a partial refund because they obviously cannot control the weather or what happens during shipping, they issued a full refund and encouraged me to try their products again. Not only will I purchase again when the weather is cooler for shipping purposes, I plan to visit the store in West Town Mall soon. Thank you for being a company that stands behind your satisfaction guarantee.

I purchased a birthday cake, vanilla, strawberry, caramel, honey lavender, and blueberry cheesecake. They were all absolutely delicious! My first time trying macarons, and it was a great experience. Recommend!

We visited on June 26th and got a variety pack. My husband really liked the red velvet. I loved the birthday cake and rose! We were from out of the area, and macarons can be harder to find where I am, but the employee let me know that they ship! I plan on ordering again in the future. :)
