These guys killed it!! Even though they were hit bad by short staffing and all the stalls were blocked off- they still managed to keep the drive-thru going quickly. A nice lady walked my order out to me as I was in line. I had ordered online with their app. Very friendly even during what must have been a super stressful Saturday evening. Saw they're hiring for $12, not the worst, but if you want to improve your staffing issues, you should consider a bit more.

LOOKS LIKE THE EMPLOYEES DON'T WANT TO WORK HERE. NO ONE ANSWERED AT THE DRIVE THOUGH OR THE DOOR OR THE OUTSIDE DRIVEUP AREA. CAN SEE THE WORKERS INSIDE AND NOT LETTING US ORDER!! THEY ALSO DIDN'T ANSWE THE PHONE. WE WERE NOT THE ONLY PPL HERE EITHER!

No matter what time of the day you visit this location you're guaranteed to wait a minimum of 20+ minutes in the drive-thru. It doesn't matter if you're second in line or if there's five cars ahead of you, you will wait forever on your order. The person taking orders is generally always rude and don't be too surprised when the person working the window is just as rude and/or if not worse. If/when you receive your order don't hold too high of expectations. My visit today was no different except this time they felt it was necessary to use half a bottle of mustard on a Jr. Double. Not only was my sandwich drenched in mustard so was the exterior of the foil that the sandwich was wrapped in. Not knowing this, I reached in the bag and ended up with mustard all over my hand. So much for my brand new shirt!! Thank goodness someone remembered the napkins this visit. Upon opening my sandwich up I found a half-way stacked burger with two pieces of cold, un-melted cheese slapped on it with condiments overflowing.This location has ruined my opinion of Sonics and I'd never recommend this place to anyone what so ever. I've gone to this location numerous times and every visit they've proven to be worse and worse. I'm done wasting my money on HORRIBLE service and execrable food.

Ya'll we literally placed our order for 3 people including shakes and appetizers and it was at our car in under 3 minutes!(and they were fairly busy)The staff here are amazing. Food was great and everything was exactly the way we ordered it! Keep up the great work guys! Job well done!

Need to fix there intercom system and whatever lady is working the drive threw I had to repeat my order several times while ordering then when I get to the window the lady working it was rude and had to tell her another three times what my son's ice cream should be which is crazy considering it was a vanilla ice cream scoop with m&ms on it not difficult the 1st time she took the cone and just forcefully threw it in the cup didn't scoop it out or make a new one then when I said for the 4th time to her it was supposed to have m&ms she rolled her eyes slammed the window shut and didn't even bother to make an effort to make it look halfway decent all the m&ms were poured on the side of the cup like how hard is it to pour m$ms on top of an ice cream ? We won't be back to this location because of the one person who could not do a simple task as ordering food and treating people with respect

They had to be severely understaffed. The drive through window was closed and went to a stall to order. I punched the red button and the screen said someone would take my order shortly. I looked at the car next to me and his screen was flashing the same message, and he was there before me. After 20 minutes without an order being taken, the car next to me left. I gave it a couple more minutes and I did the same. Too busy to take an order after a 20+ minute wait was a 1 star review, only because there were no negative stars.

I meant to give a review a while ago but I had to come to this restaurant one night to pick up a door Dash order and of course it was really busy on a weekend so I wasn’t upset about that. However the gentleman that was working in the drive-through that night I’m assuming was the manager on duty was very rude and very disrespectful.I had explained to the young lady in the drive-through that I had two door Dash orders for two different people and they told me to pull up and then when the gentleman came to speak with me at the window I told him what the names were and he try to have an attitude with me about what was in the order and what all I needed.Normally when you tell the employees the name of the order they’re supposed to know what’s in there because they have to make it before I even pull up at the restaurant. I wasn’t really trying to engage with the gentleman as much because he seemed like he was already irritated with the previous car that pulled off in front of me. In all honesty we really didn’t have anything to talk about but at that point in time my job was just a wait for the food and let them do their jobs, but if you have people who are very short tempered and are prone to taking out their frustration on the other people they don’t need to be in management positions period.

First of all it was being operated as drive thru only, couldn't even use the stalls. I'm assuming this is due to covid but it does not say anything about that online. Also if it is because of covid why were none of the employees wearing gloves or masks while preparing and handling food and drinks. I worked fast food for many years and one thing I remember about health codes is nail polish was NEVER allowed and this lady at the window had artificial nails that were very long and painted. We also witnessed her playing on her phone while preparing drinks. $25 worth of food and it was awful as well as all the other things I listed. The burger was cold, the popcorn chicken was only about 6 very small pieces, and the fries were ice cold and soggy. Our blizzards had candy pieces only in the top layer and then it was nothing but ice cream as the picture displays. I only get to go out to eat about once a month and this was a waste of money.
