We had the Rib Shack Platter - 3 meats & 2 sides only $20. We had ribs, brisket & pulled pork and cowboy beans, mac & cheese, and onion rings (only $1 for the extra side). Service was fast and friendly and they were WORKING!! It was nice to see employees busy & not on their phones. I forgot to mention this is 'fast food'. We had our meal faster than at Subway. If you're in the area, try it out! In fact, it might be worth the drive to Knoxville.

The southern style nachos were phenomenal!! My husband had the brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese and baked beans and he said they were flawless! Also the onion rings are.. chefs kiss!

The food was good but we felt the sides were too small for the price. The store seemed clean. The gentleman on the phone who took our order was nice and the gentleman at the register was nice.

I have had their food catered to work a few times, this was my husband’s 1st time. Ribs were delicious and beans were good!

A person at the Sprint Car HOF recommended we eat here. They were correct it was very good. The brisket was phenomenal.
