Ben's Soft Pretzels

Look forward to getting pretzels here whenever we're in town! The options make it fun for everyone--cinnamon sugar pretzels, traditional salty, pretzel bites, etc. The variety of sauces adds a lot of options. They also have take home kits that make it really easy to serve up amazing soft pretzels at home! We've always had positive reactions when we've made them at home for friends and family. Also a great activity for kids!

I was in the Kokomo mall at Ben's and I had a order (1) (I originally ordered a Pretzel dog but they said it was to close to closing, didn't have garlic sauce I wanted. I ordered and paid a small little pizza and a drink. Then, they told I couldn't eat in there because they close in 30 minutes. IF, they had told this, I wouldn't ordered. They pizza I bought was horrible. I'm disabled and sit just anywhere I have a pinched nerve. I can't just sit anywhere. Not very friendly people

Best soft pretzels you'll ever have. I love the variety the offer--you can get a sweet or salty pretzel (also pretzel bites), and your sauce can be anything from caramel to mustard! Truly a versatile and delicious pretzel shop. The only thing I'd change is that their employees have to say their slogan... "Have a pretzel day."

A friend and I went to Bens this evening to get ham and cheese sandwich along with other items. As soon as we walked up the employee says” I’m sorry we are making a very big order and I won't be able to take your order for atleast 6 minutes” we say ok and wait a few minutes. She then waits on the gentleman in front of us then asks us what we want. My friend starts to say ham and cheese and even before she gets that out the employee says “oh I can’t make that, I don’t have time” we have to big of an order we are trying to get done. Here’s the thing, if your open and not going to make orders because walk up customers aren’t important then why don’t you just close?? She wasn’t friendly and she didn’t suggest anything else. She wasn’t very apologetic either. On the bright side, we love your pretzels and we will definitely be back.

Brought my daughter over for a per Bday pretzel it was 11:15 or so there in there but not open I had to ask several times when they opened She finally answered me saying We open at 11 but running late not very nice we stand and wait she comes around to move the line sign not nice got our order theres no ice they forgot it just plan ole not nice at all were eating there so loud with each other you could hear them at the entrance. Yet was not apologize for making us wait say hi or friendly in any way
