The food is always hot and good. Delivery service has messed up several times by forgetting items and delivering the wrong items. Unfortunately, this reflects back on the food company as well. I was a loyal customer until this last mess up, and now I will be giving Penn Station my business for cheese steak.

The food is beyond yummy and the wait time is minimal. I've had a great experience every time.

This is my favorite place to eat BUT this store in particular always screws my order up. I’ve had two orders here and I get two sandwiches each time. Not a single one of them have been made how they were order to be made. I always get a chicken California. The last one car with mushrooms and only cheese on half the sandwich. This time around I was missing my dressing on my sandwich.

I was very pleased with my visit here. The people were very friendly, the food was fresh and hot and I was in and out quickly even though I was there over the lunch hour. One of the workers actually carried on a decent conversation with me when I asked about some of the other sandwiches. Very nice experience. I will definitely b3 back!

Ordered curbside pickup, sat in the car waiting for 10 minutes. Had to go inside and get it while all the employees were sitting down doing nothing.
