Whatsup Cafe

Nice place with great vibes and an awesome view of the City of Joy from the top. The staff is friendly and helpful. The menu is quite elaborate. We tried Grilled Chicken and Fish platter, Grilled Fish with lemon butter sauce, some draught beer and Cosmopolitan. The portions of everything are satisfying. The taste was quite good but not mind blowing. Hope to visit again and try other dishes.

Food is good. Very tempting. Loved it. Service is a little slow, maybe the passage is the reason. But, considerable. The atmosphere is lively I must say, but... Too much crowdy, and loud music can be avoided as people loves to dine-in with sober calm musics. Rest, highly recommended. Had a great experience! The best part I love about What's Up Cafe is their open seating areas. And they usually have a small band playing on weekends. There are 2 tables where you can dip your feet in water and enjoy your time. That's kinda nice too. The food is decent enough. Parking is definitely an issue. You can no longer park on the main street. The view of Kolkata from the cafe is really good and something to cherish. The place is well decorated and the ambience is quite good. If you're not early to the place, you might just have to wait in queue for some time as the place gets filled up pretty fast on a weekend.

The cafe is serving hot and delicious and fresh food to the customers. The quantity and quality of the food is really good. The ambience of the cafe is pretty awesome. The behaviour of the staffs is polite and good. They also have a pretty good veg menu options for vegetarians and non-veg menu options for non vegetarians. The cafe is family friendly as well as kid friendly. Also one can go there with friends.

One of the must try fabulous Cafe of Kolkata! The reason I am giving five star out of five star, is that I have spent a lot of money on food in many restaurants and cafes but never had an amazing experience like this one. The food and ambience are worth of your money . Four per person you have to spend ₹1000 to ₹1200 (included with one drink and one food item) . This cafe lets you take photos with camera, they won’t bother you at all, like how other cafes stops you or warns you with your camera. You can see it and chat for long time and also this is a cafe for family and friends and couples right now this cafe is also in France. And they provide the food quantity in a huge amount which will make your stomach full. The rooftop is amazing and also there is a corner place where you can sit by putting your legs underwater. On the rooftop ,you can smoke ,you can have hookah and drinks… • A funny moment to discuss, if you give them tips, they will return it. To them that’s not needful to do.,, just bring more people and will ask you to visit again and again… and they will be happier.
