We went there during the Christmas Eve and even though there was a crowd,the staff still managed to take orders, clean tables and handle queries. For our order, there were no more chicken wings so they had to replace it with a choco lava cake and mayo dip. The food was excellent and it was fresh. A washroom is available.

I recently visited KFC Park Street Kolkata, and overall, it was a good experience. The ambiance was well decorated and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The food was absolutely awesome; I enjoyed every bite! However, I have to mention that the service was a bit lacking. The lady who was taking our order seemed a bit lazy and slow in her approach, which was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, the delicious food and the lovely ambiance made up for it. I would recommend this KFC for its great food and atmosphere, but I hope they can improve their service in the future.

While I do like most of their products, the service isn’t the best. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to wait long for my orders, even though the restaurant has been empty. Most items are spicy so specify if you don’t want spice. Also they charge for everything that they ‘offer’ you like dips etc so be careful

Certainly not one of the most visited places in Park Street! Staffs are good.. Interior decor and ambience is nothing extraordinary except for the wall art by the staircase.. Food quality is decent. AC needs maintenance because the upper stairs floor was full of water because water was dripping from the ACs.

This place is moderately crowded and the place is a bit small but well can accomodate about 50 people (not individual). The delivery is just instant. All the covid protocols are maintained. The meal packs are just value for money. The Ultimate Savings Bucket at about ₹700 is just perfect for 3 people and can even make up for 4. The Super 4s Bucket and the Super 6s Bucket provide enough for 2 at about ₹600 and for 3 at about ₹850. The Special Virjin Mojito is must for all. It costed ₹240 each (when I visited).
