Fabelle Exquisite Chocolates

Fabelle located inside ITC Sonar is a heaven for Chocolate & Dessert lovers! The welcome chocolate drink was so tasty. Then I tried some of their new launches like Berliners, loved the Forest Berry Chocolate Berliner(a must try) Also loved the Fabelle Croissant Supreme , the classic croissant but tastier. My favourite from the new menu is Gianduja, Caramel and Cocoa Brownie, a perfect blend of dark chocolate and caramel.

I have tried their Dark Chocolate Mousse 😍 An intense dark chocolate shell that envelops a smooth dark chocolate mousse filling 😍 It's a must try 😍 So tastyy 😍 I have also tried their Continents Dessert Collection which are Handcrafted Truffles in the flavour: ✨ Canoli (Milk chocolate with crispy cereal bites, roasted hazelnuts ) ✨ Lamington (Milk chocolate with crispy coconut flakes) ✨ Ras Malai (White Chocolate with pistachio nuts, saffron and tastes like ras malai) ✨ Maracuja (Dark Chocolate with white chocolate mousse and passion fruit) ✨ Key Lime Pie (White chocolate shell with dark chocolate layer infused with roasted almonds and lime mousse) Totally loved it 😍 Must try 😍

This is the famous chocolate and desert boutique of The ITC chain. There are simply no words to describe the expirience of it. My mouths watering whilst I write about it and Is craving to simply drive back to that to the place and satisfy my taste buds. Now coming down to basics like valet , wheel chair access need not be explained as it ought to be there as it's one of the finest five star property. To speak more about fabelle it has a limited range of deserts and chocolates which makes them all signature creations, but I must say it would be apt to be called signature delicacies as they are simply yumylicious. Whilst having them the fondness and dedication of the chef is felt by our tounge. They have a live kitchen where you can see your desert and chocolates being prepared. Some of the packaging's were also super excellent. Excellent trained staff and courteous too. However one star deducted for; 1. Small place with appx three tables of two people each. 2. Takeaways were not provided with disposable cutlery and tissue. May be they might have forgotten to give but I don't get any. 3. You need to have a budget to actually satisfy your taste buds.
