First of all its depends on the types of people if they love to eat sweets Now comings to the taste mostly the variety of sweets are very gud but I have not tried yet all the item as my favourite items are baked rossogolla and aam doi both are just amazing. People who tried others please share your experiences

I visit this place very often due to the sweets. Some of their sweets are of good taste and quality but what confuses me is the staff behavior. A person might have travel the whole globe, might be a very respected person in his field and highly educated or sophisticated person. If that person wanted to be treated very badly, they should come here in person. The staffs will treat you in that way. You might hold top prominent govt or corporate position but these staffs will address you with tui, tor and all. Last year, one of my family member went and the person is not used to such words. He snapped and scolded the staff on their behavior. However, I had to calm down the person on escalating any further. They should provide basic training etiquette on behaviors. I gave 4 stars for the food and the services staffs behavior would be in negative.

Been to many sweet shops. This is the best mishtir dokan in Calcutta hands down. Huge variety to choose from, savouries and snacks too. The people working there are too nice and patient inspite of customers driving them crazy with their demands. Sweets are expensive no doubt but it's all worth it. They even serve veg chowmein and cakes these days. They are all good.
