One of the best places to have continental food. Nice ambience to spend time. Staff are well behaved and served their best to comfort us with all requirements. Food quality was upto the mark. I loved this place..wish to visit again. Washroom available. Parking available infront roadways. Both AC and non AC sitting available.

What a charming little café! The atmosphere is lovely, and the decor is so unique. The service was fantastic, with such friendly staff. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious; we finally found the perfect Eggs Benedict in Kolkata! Meeting the chef was a delightful surprise. The coffee was excellent too. In my opinion, this place deserves more recognition; it's a hidden gem in the heart of the city. We're eager to explore more items on their menu soon.

Great experience! One of the best cafes I have visited till date. The grilled fish and the chicken steak is a must try. The teas and coffees are also quite good. The ambiance was great. Overall a nice place to spend time with family and friends.

Food was good . But it takes more than 30 minutes to serve.... And biriyani was written as 289 rupees.... But they take 359 without telling us about any price hike...

Charcoal is a beautiful and cozy place with an outstanding view. They have a beautiful and soothing colour palette. It's on the top floor of Wise Owl Cafe. Each Corner of Charcoal is beautifully designed.
The food was very presentable and very tasty which I did not expect seeing the colour of the plate, Rice with cheese gravy.
This place definitely deserves some more attention and a spot in your insta feed.

Amazing place. The food is really good and fresh. The service is a bit slow. But the ambience is really good. You should totally visit it with friends and family. Price is also reasonable.

Was a very good experience with good ambience..breakfast platter was very good in taste and unique too..i was little disappointed with their special cappuccino.. there was less coffee, more foam.. but i will recommend that jony Platter.. Overallvery nice...

A cozy Cafe for friends meet and greet ✨️. We ordered drinks ( blue sparkle, red owl and fretini ) , fish finger, BBQ chicken pizza( with mushroom and broccoli add on), chicken lasagna 😋. Among these loved the lasagna most. The amount they serve is sharable by 2.The Cafe is pocket friendly and great ambience. Must try for something unique.

Staff are good n friendly.
Food is good. I like the veg pizza more than the non veg one.
