Bonjour fellow foodies. So we bring upon a restaurant namely Ecstasea that will attract the seafood lovers in the town. Well going to this place is very easy, situated at Kalighat address given below. Now coming to the food they were delicious. The mouthwatering dishes that were served in the table were superb. I personally loved the salmon burger which was the first thing I tried and it was magnificent. Also you can try Chocolate Churros and Smoked Squid Pizza. The service was quick so you do not have to wait much to fill your tummy. Honorary mention sanitization and hygiene are been looked with a great care. All in all it was a good experience. To sum up I must say that you all must visit here to taste the delicious sea foods which you all love.

Ecstasea has been a well known seafood paradise of South Kolkata and recently they have revamped their menu to bring in some American and Mexican items as well. Items we tried: 1. Squid Apple Pizza 2. Smoked Octopus Pizza 3. Sea Food Taco 4. Octopus Burger 5. Grilled Chicken with Hot Tomato Salsa 6. Chicken Roulade with Spinach Rice 7. Lamb Gulash with Butter Rice 8. If you love your seafood, this seafood cafe Kolkata should definitely be on your radar. Known by both locals for dishing out some of the most sumptuous fishy fare in the city, they do complete justice to Kolkata’s river-side location, and have diners flocking to their tables for lunch and dinner. Ecstasea is located in P241, Lake Rd, lake Terrace, Kalighat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700029 , which is one of the most prominent locations of Kolkata. The menu traverses a wide range of Asian cuisines, but it's the seafood dishes that stand out amidst the multitude. Where Bengal promises a wide array of seafood , considering the fact they introduced their dish in a very unique and exciting delicacies Further more adding on it " It tastes mind blowing ".... This hidden gem is the place where you can enjoy seafood in a pocket friendly price . The simple decor makes you feel the joy of eating. Coming to food I had Smoked squid pizza - A thin pizza crust pizza looking all so delicious in topped addition of smoked squid , olives, mozzarella Cheese and mint leaves in chef special sauce. Roasted salmon pizza - thin crust topped with rendezvous smoked salmon , fresh cream , mozzarella cheese and mint to chef special sauce. Octopus burger - The octopus burger is one of those sea-flavored recipes . It's just a classic burger with meat . This gourmet burger is absolutely amazingly delicious, the juicy octopus meat inside the burger perfectly cooked so that it great goes with burger. Chicken tacos - all time favorite the outside taco shell topped with juicy chicken and sauce inside is amazingly delicious Italian seafood rissoto - if you love seafood this dish will send you up to the moon. The carnaroli rice cooked with squid, octopus meat is amazingly delicious. Beverages Berry blast Rainbow Really great experience a head. Quantity, quality is up to the mark. Amazing hospitality. This was my very first Visit to ecstasea its located at Southern Avn. Pricing for 2 is approx 600. They earlier use to serve Chinese but now they are serving Italian, Mexican & Sea Food, there has been a complete change of menu. Their ambience is simple yet cosy. The staf was very courteous. Coming to the food, I had Smoked octopus pizza which had a very beautiful taste, I am actually a big fan of octopus dishes people who have a special craving for sea food this is the right place for them. Also had Squid apple pizza which was again very tasty. All Dishes in their menu were very reasonably priced. I had a Virgin mojito which very soothing there was perfect balance between the sweet and the Mojito flavour. On the whole this place is a bookmark from my side for pujas.

If you are desperate to try nice seafood items but you're on a tight budget, well, this is the place. I've been there 7-8 times last year and it never disappointed me. Each time I order more or less the same items and I recommend the same 1. Butter garlic squid ( their signature) 2. Honey chilli squid 3. Green seafood rice. Try the first one and you'll thank me later. ( Ambience is simple. Don't expect too much on that. The food is gonna steal your heart.)

Great decor with a nice and cozy atmosphere. The food is equally great. One of the best places to try exotic seafood dishes in the Deshapriya Park/Southern Avenue area. Locality is great and it is very easy to find the restaurant. Moreover, the owner of this place is really polite. Highly recommend their seafood dishes like honey chilli squid and if you wish to stick with non-seafood dishes, I highly recommend dishes Yakiteri Chicken and Roasted Chilli Pork. The price is amazing for the quantity they serve.

Love seafood? Visit this place ! I can't explain how much I love this place. The food is so so good, and comes at affordable rates. Recently, they've reduced the quantity a little, which is okay as per market rates. But I still love this place. I recently tried the Red Seafood Rice which included fish, shrimps and squid. It was spicy and I paired it up with the non spicy, but mildly flavoured Hong Kong Squid. The chilli pork had sliced pork meat, and no fat, tossed with onions and chillies.
