The smell of the biryani itself makes the human crave. Kolkata is biryani fanatic and the very few names that comes to your mind when you search for the best biryani they are Arsalan... The aroma the texture the taste of Arsalan biryani is just mind blowing...just the right amount of spices which gives a mild delightful aroma to the long grain light yellow fluffy rice.....just awesome.....!!!!!!!!!!! Arsalan Biryani best in Kolkata!! i really loved the biryani from here it has very good taste.... Biryani aloo and mutton was very well cooked.
