Really at this place , experience was awesome and smooth process , Ms. Hore and her assistant have such great calm nature , every time she was giving reply to all the customer. In single word , CUSTOMER CENTRIC nature i found.

The lady who is looking after the passport appointment is such a soft spoken and helpful. She attains each and every candidate with a smile and resolve their query without irritation. If South Kolkata people are getting regent park PO available for passport appointment, go for this venue without any hesitation for hassle free process.

Nice experience while documents verification for passport. Very quick service and the lady executive there is very helpful. Go there in time carrying mainly three documents (original + self attested Xerox copies) --
i) any I'd card having all correct details.
ii) payment receipt mentioning the PSK appointment center details and
iii) any educational certificate (10th or above)

I went for my documents verification for my passport. It was very smooth process. Whatever you have to do, mam will say very politely. You don't have to worry for this. Eventhough I did a mistake about my document , mam took in hand and corrected that by giving extra 5 mins.

you can reach there by taking bus from excide more bus no. 205.
Suppose i came from shapoorji pallonji housing complex by taking Ac-12 to excide and then 205 from excide to regent park.
